Research Interest

저유전소재, 양자점 고체, 반도체 나노결정 박막소재 분야에서 분자 및 전자 구조와 물성과의 상관 관계를 연구해 왔으며, 특히 최근에는 실리콘 나노결정 소재의 분자자극 밴드갭 조작 특성과 박막트랜지스터용 산화물 나노결정 박막소재의 고전자이동도의 물리적 근원과 화학적 조작을 연구하고 있고 이를 이론적으로 설명하기 위한 그린함수 기반 분자자극이론의 가능성을 탐색하고 있다.
